Refund and Returns Policy

You can return or exchange what you buy from Plexy, as Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 allows. Here is how it works.

Changed your mind	Return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order
Damaged, faulty or wrong item	Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order
Refund	Within 7 days of receiving the item back

Changed your mind?

• You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason.
• The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, with all its parts and tags.
• You pay the courier fee for sending the item back to us.
• We refund the price of the item. The delivery fee of the original order is not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

• Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order and send us a photo or a short video on WhatsApp.
• We replace the item or refund it in full, as you prefer, and we pay delivery both ways.
• Please check your order when it arrives and message us the same day if anything is wrong. It helps us fix it faster.

Items we cannot take back

• Items that were used, damaged or changed after delivery.
• Items made or personalised to your request.
• Items missing their original packaging or parts, unless they arrived that way.

How refunds work

• Once the item reaches us and we check it, we refund you within 7 days.
• You paid cash on delivery, so we refund you in cash, by mobile wallet or by InstaPay, whichever you prefer.

Want to cancel an order?

If your order has not left us yet, send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and we cancel it. You pay nothing.

2. Tell us which item you want to return or exchange and why. Add a photo if something is wrong with it.
3. We agree with you on how the item comes back to us and confirm your refund or exchange.
